TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“How Many Footballs Fit in a GR86?” Competition
Promoter: Airport Toyota
Competition Period: Saturday April 18th 2026
1. THE PROMOTER
This competition is organised and conducted by Airport Toyota (“the Promoter”). By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over with a valid License.
2.2 Employees of Airport Toyota, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in the administration of this competition are ineligible to enter.
2.3 The Airport Toyota reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 To enter, participants must submit their guess for the number of footballs contained in the Toyota GR86 in the manner specified by Airport Toyota during the competition period.
3.2 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted
3.3 Entries must be received before the close of the competition period. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. PRIZE
4.1 There is one (1) prize consisting of:
● One (1) night’s accommodation in the Yarra Valley (as selected and arranged by the Promoter); and
● Use of a Toyota Prado for one (1) weekend (Friday to Monday), subject to availability.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
4.4 The prize must be claimed in person at Airport Toyota. The Promoter will not arrange delivery or alternative collection of the prize under any circumstances.
4.5 The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the accommodation provider and Toyota vehicle use policy. The winner is responsible for all incidental expenses not expressly included in the prize (including but not limited to travel to/from the Yarra Valley, meals, fuel, and any applicable tolls).
4.6 The Toyota Prado must be returned in the same condition as provided. The winner may be required to hold a valid Australian driver’s licence and meet any minimum age or insurance requirements set by the Promoter prior to vehicle handover.
4.7 The prize, or any unused portion, expires as determined by the Promoter. Specific booking and usage dates are subject to availability and must be agreed upon with the Promoter within 30 days of the winner being notified.
5. WINNER DETERMINATION
5.1 The winner will be the entrant whose guess is closest to the actual number of footballs in the Toyota GR86, as determined by the Promoter.
5.2 In the event of a tie (i.e. two or more entrants submit an equally close guess), the winner will be determined by the earliest valid entry received, or by another method at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision on the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.4 The winner will be announced on Wednesday 22nd of April 2026 via the Promoter’s nominated communication channels (e.g. in-store, social media, or direct contact).
6. NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE
6.1 The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry.
6.2 If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the announcement date, or fails to claim the prize within 30 days of the announcement, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize to the next eligible entrant.
6.3 As stated in clause 4.4, the prize must be claimed in person at Airport Toyota. Proof of identity may be required.
7. PRIVACY
7.1 Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this competition and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
7.2 By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name and likeness for promotional purposes in connection with this competition, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7.3 The Promoter will not disclose personal information to third parties except as required to administer the prize.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time if circumstances outside its control arise, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or events rendering it impractical to proceed.
8.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded.
8.4 This competition is a trade promotion lottery. It is conducted in accordance with applicable state and territory laws governing trade promotions in Australia.
8.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
