  1. Promoter
    1. The promoter is Airport Toyota (the “Promoter”). The promotion is conducted exclusively at Airport Toyota.
  2. Promotion Period
    1. The promotion commences at 12:01am on 1 January and closes at 11:59pm on 28 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Eligibility
    1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
    2. Employees of Airport Toyota and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
    3. Fleet and business customers are eligible to enter (see section 4c.) excluding Government purchases, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  4. How to Enter
    1. To receive one (1) entry into the draw, an eligible customer must, during the Promotion Period:
      1. Purchase a new, used, or demonstrator vehicle from Airport Toyota; or
      2. Complete a paid vehicle service at Airport Toyota.
    2. Vehicle purchases must be fully delivered, and service work must be completed, on or before 28 February 2026.
    3. Only one (1) entry is permitted per customer, regardless of the number of vehicles purchased or services completed.
  5. Prize Details
    1. The prize consists of either one (1) of three (3) Corporate Suite ticket packs, each pack containing four (4) tickets, to the Round 1 Western Bulldogs vs GWS Giants AFL match (“Prize”).
    2. The Promoter reserves the right to determine the number of Corporate Suite packs awarded.
    3. Tickets are valid only for the specified match and date and are subject to venue and AFL conditions of entry.
  6. Prize Draw
    1. The draw will take place at Airport Toyota within seven (7) days of the promotion closing.
    2. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    3. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
  7. Prize Conditions
    1. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
    2. Any additional costs associated with attending the event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, food, beverages, or incidentals, are the responsibility of the winner.
    3. If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter will not be responsible for providing a replacement prize.
  8. Unclaimed Prize

    If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

  9. Privacy

    Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with Airport Toyota’s Privacy Policy.

  10. General
    1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
    2. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
  11. Limitation of Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the Prize.
